    I think you get more value for your money going for an E4300, or at least waiting for the E6420. I wouldn't buy the E6400 right now. Mobo- I would go with the Asus P5N-E SLI, it's cheaper, showed good performance on many reviews and supports SLI/quad core Ram- There are cheaper options...
