    Ratpadz XT $25 w/Free Shipping

Just got mine in yesterday. Took about 15 minutes of getting used to but I know I won't turn back. I'm almost a little embarrassed how excited I feel about a mousepad...

Need a video card for BF3

If you can afford 200-250 you could find a good deal on gtx 560ti. You can find them for cheap secondhand and should not be a bottleneck for medium settings. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130604 [edit] Not sure if you'll end up starving the card of power with that...

    Server AntiVirus software

I've always been fond of nod32, but recently it's seemed to get a bit bloated for my taste, I think that's when it hit 3.0 and now 4.0. Seems 2.7 is still available from their site, thanks for the input :)

    Server AntiVirus software

What is everyone using these days? I've never been a big fan of symantec products, but their original server AV was nice and lightweight. Looking for something effective yet doesn't hog system resources. Tried doing a search but didn't pull much up.

Does this sound like a memory issue?

A friend of mine has a Voodoo PC, 680i board, water cooled Q6600 quad core, dual 8800gtx's; unfortunately I'm not sure which RAM is inside. It was recently overclocked from 2.4ghz to a modest 2.8ghz, no changes to vcore or memory voltage. Recently when he turned on his pc, he would get no...

video studdering recently - codec issue?

Need some advice, Running vista mce, playing blu-ray rips through media center and through media player classic. I used to have no problems playing videos, but recently (I believe after installing quicktime) a few of my larger sized .mkv's are studdering durring intense scenes. My e4500 at...

    ECS 945GCT-M/1333 Owners

I just bought the same deal last night for $78 at frys. Unfortunately they only had 3 left, and the cpu's were open box. I put everything together with 2GB of Ballistyx and it wont give me anything on the screen, and the board doesnt give me any beeps. I'm assuming thats why it was returned...

Simple question on software based router

I've been deploying many Kerio Winroute boxes in the past couple years, they are by far my favorite. Easy to use Adminstration, easy to integrate users from Active Directory and setting them up on VPN. Alerts, dyndns, remote admin console, QoS are all great features of the software. However it...

    Asus P5B-Plus issue

My network interface is fine, its the onboard audio that sucks. Creative ftw. I don't disagree with ASUS's response to your ticket. I don't think posting it was necessary, just the system specs and issue bit.

    PCI-E, here to stay?

I was think kind of the same question today, but instead of which new slots will be available I was wondering how they'll effectively produce more horsepower out of the pcb's. Pcb size is at its limits, and the heatsinks are at their limits. Temps seem to be hitting limits too. I guess nano...

Reccomendations for ~$50 Shipped CPU Heatsink Cooler (Tower/Non-Tower) for E4300

I'm with ^ "...your goal seems to be to get a near 100% overclock, to run stable for 24/7 operation, while cooling it down under 55C for less than $50 (including shipping), with less noise than the stock Intel HSF?" Algebraically you can hit these goals, only if you take from one side to...
