    I've tried it all. For the mixer prob, everything is turned on and full volume (100). I've pretty much tried it all. Enabled BIOS..in device manager. Went into the properties with the sound. Messed with that for a while to see if anything would work-but no luck.

    I guess you're just the lucky one. I have a feeling there's something up with the grounding and the mobo..it has to be. But anyways, it would be great if you guys could help on just concentrating on activating the on-board sound :)

    Eh..actually it's not that. See..I do have sound. But I can barely hear it. I have to turn up my headphones all the way to barely get the gist of the sounds.
