Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
...I'm no fool. I'm not dl'ing any viruses and they aren't fakes. Now can we get on with the real issue? I didn't come here to get tossed around.
What software do I need to dl in order for it to be converted onto a CD?
I appreciate your help.
I want to download DVDs from my PC and then watch them on my T.V.
I bit-torrent all my movies, and I have an option where I can burn them. I tried that, disc was finished burning after a minute or two - surprisingly fast I may add, and it failed to work with the DVD player.
Now, what am I...
Yeah. I already did that and it works. I tested it on my laptop and I get full sound with that. I'm even using my speaker and subs right now to listen to music.
But I can't get it to work on my desktop pc. I have a hunch it's the mobo..but how coincidental is it that the mobo just stopped...
Grr. Ok, here's what's happening.
When I use 5.1, I can hear all except for the main sound, which is supposed to come from the green audio jack.
In my sounds tab, it says that my headphones are "working" and the green bar which I guess shows the volume and all goes up and down. It's sort of...
I couldn't find the file dl for driver cleaner. But I do have registry mechanic 7.0.
Can someone provide me a link to dl the cleaner? I couldn't find it anywhere, even on the guru site.
I've tried it all.
For the mixer prob, everything is turned on and full volume (100).
I've pretty much tried it all. Enabled BIOS..in device manager. Went into the properties with the sound. Messed with that for a while to see if anything would work-but no luck.
I guess you're just the lucky one. I have a feeling there's something up with the grounding and the mobo..it has to be.
But anyways, it would be great if you guys could help on just concentrating on activating the on-board sound :)
I tried everything you guys suggested, yet nothing works.
The only thing I want to focus on right now is my on-board.
In BIOS, it's enabled, same with device manager. Sound isn't muted. I checked ALL my settings when it even touches the subject of sound and everything looks correct. I've been...
Eh..actually it's not that.
See..I do have sound. But I can barely hear it. I have to turn up my headphones all the way to barely get the gist of the sounds.
