    400 watt PSu. I have a Gigabyte 478 socket motherboard I had this problem even when I had a 300 watt PSU and I only got a 400watt because I though if I did it would fix my problem

    yeap its a stock fan and I got my processor back in Jan but I've had this problem starting from NOV 2005 which is one of the reasons that lead me to but all of these parts to see if it will fix it.

    I have ati 6.2 drivers and I've had them since the day they came out. I just installed those GART drivers I am also downloading the SiS UniVGA3 Graphics Driver. Do I need that?
