Should I be using AutoTune under ATI Overdrive? Or don't mess with any of it if I don't know what I'm doing?

I just installed this card and I went to the Asus site, downloaded the lastest driver rather than use the older one on the included CD. I don't see any sort of control panel for the card though. I'm not too informed on graphics cards, but I read some stuff about Catalyst; I can't exactly tell...
