Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

say if I had 4 HDD's on the primary supply and 3 HDD's on the secondary power supply in RAID 5. would the Remote/Secondary Power Supply Starter Cable work?
I really don't know which is for. I need 2 power supplies to power all my stuff in the box and I don't know how to hook up the second one to work in the system.
This is not a RAID issue. It is a Windows XP SP2 issue. Follow the directions below for a fix I found on google:
1) Boot off the XP CD and enter the "recovery console"
2) type "diasable mup" and hit enter (with out quotation marks)
3)reboot normaly and should work.
