Well I got my printer installed, but I gotta say the way lexmark set it up to install, is truely ignorant.
I did all the above, and ended up finally going into update drivers, and instead of selecting the folder the inf file was in, I hit don't select, then went to the list of companies, then...
-check event logs for any errors
No errors at all
-make sure 'print spooler' service is running
No print anything running
-make sure you're logged in with admin privliges
I have full acess admin rights and all
-scanned for viri and spyware lately?
Scanned with www.antivirus.com...
Yeah, I've done all the above, and downloaded the file 5 different times.
I don't get an error at all, I just can't install it.
And yes the printer is USB
I have a Lexmark Z515 USB printer.
I am useing Xp pro
I don't have the original cd that came with the printer.
I have downlaoded the driver from Lexmark for this printer and the name of the file is CJA510EN.exe.
Windows update doesn't have any drivers.

I keep getting a crash in both IE and Firefox, about an NTDLL.DLL error, and the program has to shutdown.
Bot browsers do it, and it seems to be ONLY with browsing that this happens, as it doesn't happen in any games or apps or anything...
Will do, WHEN I get it......if I went off right now, I'de say it'll be tax time before I have the cash saved up lol. I'm hopeing I can get a job soon, wich will make it alot better, that or run into some sorta cash of sorts, wich is hugly doutful......but I can always hope at least.

Wow, a 6800nu is that low? I was thinking they STARTED at $400 and went up, so like the nu would be $400, the gt would be like $450-$475 maybe $500, and the ultra would be like $500-$550
