Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
@Redbeard I was contacted by customer service today. Thanks. If you weren't doing everything you could to make this right, I might have some bad things to say, but since you are, again.. Thanks
@jalaj - Intel Wi-Di. Wireless displays. Streams to tv or monitor without cables. Also, yes my card does support 450mps, and tearing apart my laptop to add an extra antenna isn't something I want to do.
@arronearles - That is what I ended up doing. I went to the tech support page at dell...
I am currently running two 580's in SLI. I am considering switching to a single 590. I am running at 1080p with one monitor, and not planning on changing that anytime soon. My thoughts are that 580's in SLI may be overkill. For a little less heat, and a little less noise, I think a 590 may...
I wasn't arguing with dell, I just made the mistake of thinking that they may know something technical about the laptops they sell. The guy actually told me that laptops don't have antennas.
@dashpuppy- I get a bandwidth of 300mps with two antennas.
I was able to find out some information...
I just had a pointless discussion with dell online trying to find out if the sandy bridge 15R's come with 3 internal antennas for wi-fi. Hoping someone here can help. If there is a better thread please let me know as well.
I am looking for a 15.6 inch sandy bridge laptop that has 3 internal...

Quad channel memory, 32+ PCIe lanes. I'm sure there will be a couple of extra lanes. The specs are talking the speeds at which graphics cards are supported. X58 has 36 I believe, doesn't it?
It will be some time before all that fits on an atx. And so far all we have is specs about the chipset. We don't really know anything about the cpu's themselves. I don't see dual cpu's coming back to the mainstream market anytime soon. That is why there is an enthusiast/server market. Most...
I'm thinking ivy bridge may be the smarter choice at the time. But I didn't become a computer enthusiast by making smart buying decisions. LGA2011 here I come.
