Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I could resist anymore ... I've joined team #33! I found out about Folding through DLTV webcasts on my Tivo, and started up a couple months ago. Now I'm hooked. I have about 7 different borgs from works/friends computers, but my main gear is the 2 GPU's I have folding. I'll be adding more in the...
I'm going this route. I just purchased a used AMD Athlon X2 4400+ off of eBay, with RAM, Vista, hard drive, etc... for $180 delivered. I'll throw in a $100 8800GT, and I'll be doing around 4700 ppd for around $300. Its hard to beat that in terms of ppd per $ spent.

I have a work computer with a PSU that is...

I think that will work. I'll just plug it in to the back of my...
I've recently upgraded my computer, and now everything is running too hot for my taste. My computer is located in one of those "desk cubby holes", so the hot air just sits in the little compartment. My idea was to cut a hole in the backside of my desk and install an exhaust fan to push the hot...
