No it doesn't. I read the article and no where does it say upscale the 1080p res. It said the game is currently cap at 1080p on PS4 Pro and XBOX One X. The patch is suppose to remove that.

Agree. This is what progressives in BOTH parties do best. They try to push any legislation that will give them more power and make the Government bigger. I'm planing on putting a Intel NIC card in my system and the two I was looking at has a pci or pci-e interface. I was wondering if there's a different in performance between pci and pci-e as far as NIC cards is concern.
