Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Basically, OP, there are existing database web apps that store data in MySQL databases. It's fairly easy and straight-forward, but you should be able to get your hands one of these pre-programmed data input web apps. You might even be able to develop your own real quick and dirty based off...

IMO, a 9800/GTS250 or 5770 should run fine on that 400 Watt Corsair unit.
Look at the real world power consumption numbers...
Did you play around with the RAM sticks? Take out two and leave two in (if you're using four) and if errors keep happening, swap them around again.
Did you test another power supply? Power supplies are usually the main causes of such random crashes--when it's not heat related.
