Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Not understanding all the hate the beta seems to be getting at the moment. Sure its buggy (mind you, I'm hard pressed to remember a single Battlefield release that wasn't buggy at launch), but holy crap did I have fun. As a long time BF fan (1942, 4+years of BF2 and BC2 for over a year), I...
Currently very stoked on my 950 rig, the way games are (or should I say aren't) going I don't think I'll feel the need to upgrade anytime soon. Only thing I'll be doing this year (upgrade wise) is slapping in one of those Intel G3 SSDs whenever they hit.
Preparing for the fact that I may be disappointed (judging from reports/early reviews of people who got their hands on the game early, it definitely seems possible that disappointment is right around the corner).
Definitely a possibility. Games have always played fine though, only web browser movies (youtube, break.com etc etc) give me this weird error from blue moon to blue moon. After shutting down the machine and starting it up again (instead of just using the in windows restart) I've been able to go...
Instead of making a grammatical mess of a post, I'll post what happened with bullet points:
- Went to play a youtube video under Chrome, as soon as the youtube page loaded my screen went black while audio played fine (with power still being given to the monitor).
- When an image came back on...
Had my U2410 for a few days now, loving it except for one thing that's bugging me. When I turn the monitor on (or when I awake it from a 30+ min stand by) I do get a yellow-tint, but after the monitors been on for ~30 seconds it goes away and looks great (I have calibrated it to my liking). My...
Thanks for the explanation. Looks like I'm going to choose between the U2311H @ $289 CDN and the U2410 @ $449 CDN. Basically it's 16:9 vs 16:10 at that point I suppose. Don't really do that much gaming anymore (as I just don't have the time) so that's not my main concern.
