Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Hallo,
I can't get PXE Boot working on my MSI 890FXA-GD70 board.
I have the latest BIOS installed (1.15) and tried every combination (LAN1/2 on/off; Option ROM on/off, other device boot yes / no).
When I hit F11 to enter the boot menu I only get my 2 HDDs and the DVD as booting options...
Haha yea I'm from germany and I saw those juicy prices on the C6100 on ebay.com a while ago too.
What I ended up doing was assembling a whitebox with new parts from scratch as I couldn't find any good deals on used servers.
Hallo,
I have a rather stupid question. I have set up OpenIndiana and napp-it in a VM for testing.
I have added 4 hdds and set up a striped mirror pool.
I created a ZFS Filesystem and now I'm trying to mount it as a datastore on my esx (where the VM is running).
I can't connect to the folder...

Though it is for the x9scm-f it should work as it is the same nic.
Does anybody run esx 5.1 without the ipmi CPU load problem?
Hallo,
I also have the problem with ESX 5.1 with a X9SCM-F mainboard.
Suprisingly enough, installing ESX 5.0 U2 fixed the problem for me.
Here is a screenshot of esxtop on ESX 5.1 : http://postimg.org/image/4yfpll7nb/
All updates have been applied to ESX 5.1 using Updatemanager.
