Also, have you pushed OMA on it through SCP? Guessing you probably have and are pulling drive information from there. Again, just mainly rhetorical KISS questions to potentially jog your noodle on something obvious based on things I've face-palmed myself over.
I'm probably not experienced enough in ESXi to be of much help, just asking the KISS question: PERC firmware up to date? I've had problems with ESXi 4 and 5 with out of date RAID firmware.
This makes me realize, my time spent doing RMA's has nearly dropped to 0 since I swore off buying OCZ products. Come to think of it, I've never had a product of theirs I didn't need to RMA at least once, be it RAM, USB Flash, Power Supplies, etc.
Although my last RMA with them, a 600W...
POST with 1 stick of RAM in the primary slot (usually DIMM_0) and make sure all sticks come up with the proper recognized amount and timings.

Alright, just to make sure, are you using the server role "Remote Desktop Services", aka Term Services, or just enabling a single session Remote Connection via Adv System Properties?
Assuming RDS role and not RDP desktop, it would initially sound like a certificate problem, since LAN/PTPP PC's...
Check the Windows Logs > System for LSASS and userenv errors.
Is this 2008 Standard R2?
How is it configured? Per user or device? It might be a CAL activation issue.
If it connects, port 3389 is NOT blocked. If it was blocked you'd get an error saying no connection. What MSTSC client are you...
I'm not a big eBay'r, to be honest. I don't like risking my money or product quality when making an IT related purchase. I prefer having a retail outlet or someone to hollar at if my product is defective, I want to return it, or what have you. Thanks bunches though, good lookin' out!
I did...
I was looking at the Crucial drive as well, all the (updated) reviews seemed glowing about it's performance, especially on SATA3, which I have on my SB850. It's just a little too rich for my blood. I was trying to stay around $200 for it. Can't find the 128GB drive for less then about $275 or...
Looking at upgrading to an SSD.
Can't decide between faster or more proven/reliable.
Looking at the following:
For "faster"; G.SKILL Phoenix Pro Series FM-25S2S-120GBP2 (SandForce-1200)
For proven/reliable; Intel X25-M SSDSA2MH120G2K5 (Intel Proprietary Gen 2)
I've read plenty...
Looking to get a nice speedy SSD setup going using two 40GB~60GB SSD's running RAID-0. I'm fully aware TRIM isn't supported via hardware RAID, but does anyone know if it's supported just using the built-in Windows software RAID functionality via the MS AHCI (TRIM supporting) drivers?
Assuming same price, which would be the better card to go with?
