games can control the the refresh rate the same way it can control v sync on off and resolutions. its up to the developer if it overrides win settings.
My theory is thatin some countrys the monitor comes bundled with the calibration spyder where in others it does not?

Just got done building my new rig and quickly noticed that the Rampage board uses 4 pins for the CPU fan.
Im using a TRUE 120 with a Scythe S-FLEX wich only has 3 pins, wich makes the board unable to control fan speed unlike my old DFI 939 board who could control the S-FLEX just fine with...

On the ASUS site it states the new rampage formula board uses Conductive Polymer Capacitors is this the same thing as Solid state capacitors? if not wich is better?
I recieved the HX620 today using it now and works like a charm and cant hear it at all :) great
one thing i wonder is everest and bios shows the PSU only giving 4.89V on the 5V, shouldnt it be closer to 5 then that?
