    4-pin CPU fan connector on motherboard... My fan is 3-pin. Huh? What?

    Thanks for the reply. The fan is actually facing the same direction in both pictures. So, to clarify. I need to put the fan with the label facing the heatsink in order for it to blow through the heatsink and to the rear exhaust fans?
