I'm sorry if I don't quite understand you but do you mean that both 64 & 32 bit program/games will fully run in its respective bits? If this is the case, what's with the 2 different program files anyway? Is it windows way of spilting it up but doesn't really affect it in any way?
I have a SSD with OS installed and a blank HDD in no raid configuration currently in my system. I plan to install my programs and all other crap into the HDD only.
