I had given up on Paypal since it was such a small amount and it's been so long, but the chargeback Paypal filed on my behalf went through this morning. I really hope all this shit catches up to this dude.
Received an email from them this morning stating that effective November 18th 2014 Paypal is "increasing the time for buyers to file merchandise disputes (Item Not Received and Significantly Not as Described) from 45 days to 180 days."
That's enough for me to be done with it now. 6 months is...
