Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have a very similar issue. AX750 with a GTX 460. The whine usually occurs when running Firefox, specially when scrolling through pages. The problem seems to fluctuate in severity, sometimes buzzing even when just the cursor is moved around. I am unsure whether the whine is coming from the PSU...
The way that you have it currently set up might have air flow issues. Moving the screen up means your intake and exhaust are both on the top of the case, which creates a dead zone in the bottom... just something to consider.
My TDR problem has been gradually getting more and more frustrating to the point where I've promised myself never to make fun of ATI drivers again. Tried several different roll backs (even omega drivers) as well as the current beta drivers. Nothing has helped :[ I heard the next driver release...
I do not see the 620 listed at that price... link?
Edit: found it for 40... is that what you meant? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371031
I personally prefer the extra hd slots instead of 5.25" bays... I know there are things out there that you can fill those up with... but I doubt 90% of the population puts more than a single optical drive and perhaps a sd card reader in theirs. I guess using 5.25s leaves the flexibility there...
I agree with the above statement. Myself and my wife both have Droid Xs, but we just bought her mother a Droid 2, because of the lower price and she's the kind of person who would have preferred a physical keyboard. Personally I can't see myself using a physical keyboard on a phone ever again...
