I just installed a new motherboard with AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ and formatted my HD and reinstalled Win2K. Everything is fine except the audio. I have installed the realtek drivers but still nothing. Not only am I missing onboard sound but it won't even detect my Creative Live! 5.1 card...

Me too, same thing. I also had to pay the stupid 8 california earth tax WTF. $396 final price....still not a bad price though.

I just have a creative sound card and klipsch promedia 2.1 speakers. I wonder if i'll be able to get that kind of set up working. Thanks anyway.
