    gskill hz is the cheapest uccc thats binned for pc4000. there are other chips that can run tighter timings at pc4000, micron adn infineon, but they are out of your rice range. the gksill is 197 at the egg and you can get it for 170-175 used on the forums

    i would go with the BT and a 170. imo a 175 is a waste of money, most of the 165/170's seem to clock as well or better than the 175's
