Disabling the shadow copy service does also seem to help I will have to test for longer though to know the problem is gone for sure but disabling this also stops the system restore from functioning which will probably bite me in the ar*e at some point.

I have been trying to play bf2 on vista home premium but the game jerks like crazy, I have checked my framerate and this is always around 80 - 140 and my ping is around 26 - 32 all the time.
I run it as admin, disable themes and desktop compisition and have also tried running it in xp...

I have the LED version of the 9500 and I like it, it cools my e6300 @ 3.2ghz fine with idle temps at 40 and load temps around 56 degrees C.
There are better coolers out there, possibly take a look at the Zalman CNPS9700 LED which is a bigger version of the 9500.
But for the price the 9500...
Yes you can add a folder to the start menu.
Click start and right click on All Programs.
Click on "Open All Users"
Enter the programs folder and add your new folder here and it will appear on the start menu for you to drag your programs into.
