Need one of these sound cards

Hello, I've got a nice amp with a 2.1 speaker set. Currently running with analog jack on intenal audio alc887. Never complained but I know it could be better. I don't care for surround, special effects or competitive gaming features and presets. I'm only for general audio and music quality...

    Handmade PC case sound dampening

Well, I'd partially solved with a fan hub regulator. It's a little circuit board with 8 3pin inputs powered by a sata cable. It has a switch on top that has 3 positions LOW OFF HIGH. It's basically a voltage regulator (high is 12V) and low should be 7V i think. Bought it on amazon for 7 euros...

    Handmade PC case sound dampening

Hi everyone. I've got an HAF 922 case, never complained about it, but I want to make it quieter. The case is full of holes for ventilation and this is the main problem. I would like to keep the case since it's good for me and I want to spend 15 /20 euros instead of getting a new case (i would...

External HDD Drive not recognized only by windows- weird

update. chkdsk succesfully ran but the situation hasn't changed solved. Strange but true, there was a problem with the permissions / access privileges. I really don't know why it jumped out, but after I messed up with the security options the disk reappeared. Another related behavior: if I...

Still testing the screen. Very nice overall but I'm starting to complain the big pixels, they are someway much more defined than my other full hd 27", or it's just the bad effect after getting back from 2k. Think it's best the 24" version. And just wondering: is that possibile that the overclock...

igluk so what's your monitor? Anyway, how do I check my pixel clock? After some tests I really do enjoy 15+ hz of refresh rate, especially in games. The best results are with overdrive 3 indeed - with off I can clearly see a very dark ghosting, with 3 almost non with basically no reverse...

So, the Iyama XB2783HSU-B1 has arrived. Set it with PRAD review settings ( 40 brightness, more or less 90 contrast, 92 R 96 G 100 B ). I've compared (and still comparing) it side to side with my above mentioned IPS BENQ and I'm pretty satisfied. Yes, there is a bit of lack of colours especially...

Hi all, come up there after a bit disappointment about a monitor i've bought. Comung from a PHILIPS 273elh TN not really bad. Decided to switch to an IPS because I'm into professional work with graphics, illustration, photograpy cad, etc. Didn't wanted nothing extremely special, but I've found...
