If you ordered the same as the link you can see it shows it included in the specs and pictures. It will be around 2 1/2 inches from the center of the 1st pci-e slot to center of the other pci-e slot. Your bridge will need to be between 2 1/2 to 3inchs. I think it comes out to 2 3/4.

The SLI bridge should have come with your mother board. Crossfire bridge comes with the card. You will need the longer flexible one not sure if the extended 2-way sold would work. You could check the spacing and see.
