OK so I gave it two weeks after release and flashed the P5N32E-SLI BIOS 0903 today. This is an 'official' BIOS from ASUS, not marked as a Beta. Heard only good tidings from people who flashed before me.

OK I tried a procedure for setting 800 MHz in memory from Yoxxy on HoH Forums, here is where I stand tonight:

I can't get 4-4-4-12 2T at any voltage. Tried running it up to 2.11V - I can't get 2.1V exactly since I have to underset in BIOS and the closest I could set was 2.050 to get 2.11 on the BIOS monitor and Probe2.
