    Aircard booster antenna

Nevermind. I called my local DSL provider - CenturyLink - and laid down a royal bitch. Not an hour later, they called and informed me a work order had been filed to extend DSL service this way. I don't expect it to be very fast, but honestly, anything is better than the alternatives.

    Aircard booster antenna

Also, thanks for that site. But little did I know that I have everything I need locally... I hope. I will be recyling the three foot Yagi from my current install and connecting it to my Aircard via ten feet of LMR-400 coaxial cable. Will this help my reception?

    Aircard booster antenna

I should also mention that I currently have a yagi style antenna I get fixed wireless on. My ISP has shown no interest in regaining this equipment when they discontinue service ao I assume I can use it. It's connected to a radio reciever that allows me to access internet. Could I use it on...

    Aircard booster antenna

Due to a series of unfortunate events, I'll only be able to access broadband from an ISP that provides unlimted 3G via Sprint's towers. Problem is, my home is has only "fair" Sprint reception, with a chunk of dark green "good" coverage down the street. The ISP provides an Aircard, modem, and...

    Overheating/airflow help.

My front has mounts for two 80mm fans, and yes, I DO need to cut the grill. But I'm very, very uncomfortable doing this. Both my fans are now exhaust, but I haven't noticed any difference. There's a vent mounted on the side of the case but I don't want to remove it and mount an 80mm intake...

    Overheating/airflow help.

I'm having a strange problem: some DX10 games make my graphics card exceedingly hot. Most DX9 games - even those that stress my GPU pretty well, like GTA IV and Crysis - run just fine, at around 75c under load. Little toasty, but nothing dangerous. However, games like STALKER: Clear Sky and...

    What broke?

Here's what Crystal Disk says. I know my C drive is probably a goner, but is my D drive okay? http://i49.tinypic.com/5krgjk.jpg http://i47.tinypic.com/30a5e39.jpg http://i49.tinypic.com/2u633bb.png http://i48.tinypic.com/20sycuc.jpg

    What broke?

I dunno what kind of drives they are. One is from late 2007, and the other is from summer 2009, purchased from Walmart. Both are SATA. The PSU is from March 2009.

    What broke?

I recently decided to upgrade from XP to Windows 7, and everything went without a hitch... until I tried to install PowerDVD 6. It installed fine. But, after the installer finished, Windows popped up a warning that this software had known issues with versions of Windows later than XP. The entire...
