Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
So I've read the guides and everything and this is my setup:
4.5 ghz on 1.3 vCore, 1.6 CPU PLL, Internal PLL enabled and LLC at high.
For some reason, CPU-z shows that it never gets above 1.232v, so whenever I try to run a stress test, it blue-screens. I know it's not the vDroop, because I've...
Depends on what I make after I sell off my 3570k, two cases, and a Dark Knight cooler ;)
I've got an aftermarket cooler with a push-pull system, so cooling isn't an issue. The problem is that a friend of mine told me offset mode is good way to kill mobo's and CPU's.
I'm running it on a Visiontek 7950 and Vista 32-bit, Intel Core i7 3770k 3.5ghz, and Patriot Viper DDR3 8GBs. However, the OS is running on a laptop HD while Metro is on a desktop HD.
The problem is that whenever I set it at DX10 or 11, it runs at like 5fps (on the intro to the menu)...
My current is an ASRock z77 Pro3. Unfortunately, I didn't know when I bought it that it only had Auto and Offset Mode for CPU voltage, and now I need to sell off some stuff to buy a new one. So, basically I need suggestions for something that will do a 3770K up to 4.5 ghz.
