    Just a suggestion, but make sure you sound is setup in windows as well as Arc Soft Total Theater or PowerDVD depending on what you use. I am using 6.1 speakers so I have to change to 7.1 to get the correct output to my DTTS-100 Decoder. Hope this helps Jason
