Back in my day we had these things called "demos", these "demos" let us try a tiny portion of the game to see if it ran well on our PC's, if it had the options we needed in a PC games, and just to see if it was generally any fun.
This would be allot easier if they used a flight controller that can lock altitude. Just lock it at 4-5 feet, take off and you don't have to worry about altitude or crashing into the ground. Just focus on going left/right.
