    Got it fixed. Called Asus Customer Support and they had me move some strap over to reset something with the BIOS and now everything is working as it should.

    Intel 4670k CPU Asus Z87-A. MB Corsair cx430 PSU Samsung 240g SSD Kingston hyper blue 8g stick 1600 No graphics card used stock Intel. Nzxt source 220 case with added cool master 120mm fan. Unplugged all the power and replugged with no luck. All the case fans and CPU fan work.

    Did I get the wrong memory

    Just built a new desktop using a Kingston Hyperx blu 8gig, 1600 MHz stick purchased from Amazon. When setting up the computer in the bios, it showed the memory as Kingston 8gig 1333MHz. Should I be concerned and return it?
