CPU-Z reports 2800 MHz, while my BIOS shows 2815.2 MHz. Could something be temporarily downclocking the CPU? I’ve disabled Cool’n’Quiet and Smart Q-Fan because of random crashes. CPU: AMD Athlon X2 5400+
