I had the same problem with my p4-478. I only used a small amount in the center of the heat spreader, when I removed my water block it pulled the cpu out of its socket. No damage, but a few grays hairs...

Sorry Hate_bot , but I am with 2Fresh. It is really lame for me not to leak test, but I am to lazy. Besides it sucks putting the system together than trying to fit it in the case after a 24 hour test.. Maybe I have just been lucky but non of the h20 cooled systems I have assembled have leaked...

Cheek the temp on your memory. I have used the same ram, and ran into early thermal unstability. Had to remove the heat spreader pull the compound then reaply A.S. Improved performance significantly..
