Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Thanks for the replies guys! Sorry I haven't updated my setup, budget isn't an issue, I now have a ATI HD6970, should I put a second one in? Or grab the newer techs? Thanks again! :) 3x 2560 in games might be pretty hardcore hey? I am excited but.
Hey guys, just wondering peoples opinions on what I should buy, I want 2560 res and preferably good colour without too much calibration as I find myself editing photos fairly regularly. I was looking at the Samsung s27b970? Thoughts?
Cheers
Wow because the US is so much better... Thank Christ I am in Australia, it isn't perfect but it is a hell of a lot better. It is like the US criticising England's economy. :/
I would assume that if a site that millions of people used daily had any overly big problems with hacking, etc, then it would come to light.
I am not saying facebook is safe, far from it, but I think it is more the ads (That I don't see) and the apps that make it unafe, using it for friends...
What is your reasoning for that?
Thanks guys, well I use adblock plus etc and don't use facebook games or aps. I understand that being online and going to sites has an inherent risk, I guess I was saying that I wouldn't consider my actions 'high risk', what made me think it was sus, is that...
Hi guys, so I know this seems stupid. but I am a littl ebit paranoid I have been hacked,
I am not what you would call a prime candidate, clean system, don't browse unsafe sites, etc etc. I run windows firewall and microsoft security essentials. I am behind a Billion Bipac 7800N modem router...
Sorry for the late reply and resurection of the post, I started back at uni, so it's been hectic, It was a around 2gig, I am on win7 64 bit, and just to add to the info, any torrent I have downlaoded ends in mkv or avi, not .exe, if you catch my drift.
So after a hit of paranoia I cant see...
