    mechanical keyboard

    You can always just write a few autohotkey scripts and map whatever keys you want in a few minutes on any keyboard you choose. Keep that in mind. They can be specific to what game you are playing if you like and not universal.

    I just got my new G500...

    It took me a little while to get used to the smooth scroll option, but it can have its advantages. For some reason the G500 was always a bit tougher for me to control. (still using mx 518 from logitech).

    I haven't read through the whole thread, but in my experience, I have had the best luck with larger monitors. I have several 27.5" monitors and I find myself straining much less. Also, it makes a huge difference for me to have light hitting me from behind rather than shining in my eyes at...

    Consider the I-Inc 28" for 250.00. I currently am running dual 28" and am considering adding a third. 1920x1200 is nice to have the extra vertical real estate. Cheap enough to buy two.

    I bought a couple of MX518's recently and also own an MX revolution. I'd test a G700 out before buying. I could have bought any of them and easily decided to stick with the MX 518. Seems more accurate to me than my G500 or any of the adders I have played with.

    I bought the death adder and returned it the same day. Can't comment on the mamba, but I really didn't like the button spacing or design on the adder.

    I have had over two years on my last MX revolution and I definitely can recommend it. Strong mouse overall for a bluetooth.
