Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I'd love one, please!
The HD3870 X2...
...gonna run my games like a foo!
...gonna drop that dude in Crysis and make him say, "Who?"
...gonna tear up that HD playback too!
...gonna make me say, "Hey Booboo!" when I talk to you.
...gonna barely fit in my case, cause it's a long card...
So you're saying when the E6850 came out it was "high end" and priced as such...and the E8400 is "mid level" and priced accordingly since now the Q and X series are at the high end?
First of all, I'm a complete Intel n00b and apologize if this is a stupid question.
Is the processor not faster the higher the number? If so, I'd think the E8400 would cost more than the E6850. I went on the Intel site and did a product comparison of the two, but they look similar to me...
