Ok, so I have a Samsung DVD-Burner in my PC. And I have a DVD-RW disc in my PC, the disc does have some stargate show or movie burned on to it.. But, this is a Memorex DVD+R RW Disc. When I try to Format it with windows, it just says "Windows could not complete the Format process" And...

You can whole sale buy 6 GTX 780's and 6 GTX Titan's for rougly $4,700 So that is about $315 each per GTX 780. And $490 each per GTX Titan. And believe it or not! The wholesalers are making big money to. So, there is no telling how much it cost to build one of these cards.
