My T400 has the 4500MHD and it's just fine for viewing movies. Dark Knight looked mighty nice in 1080p. For gaming, it kinda sucks. Counterstrike Source is PLAYABLE on lowest settings. Sins of a Solar Empire will not be playable I'll tell you that much.
