    well.. i got mine fx60 oem from tigerdirect for like 299.. i dunno if they still have any left in stock but you can always check it out. Um.. if you can't find a fx60 for under 300.. then just go with that opty.. it'll be good. You don't need to do fresh install.. but as for dual core gaming...

    a8n32-sli deluxe mobo temps 47C

    mine has the exact temps, um.. sometimes it'll push 50c so I took off the side panel on my case now it's down to 45. It's pretty hott. Asus probe alarm keeps going off on motherboard temps so i just turn it off.
