Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
OP I just want to say I hate you for bringing this to our attention as I was trying like hell to wait to purchase one and then this....
Thanks.
P.S. Seriously, I appreciate the heads up. I get the emails but somehow I missed this. $385.91 out the door! Newegg twisted the arm just a...
I have been dying for EF for months but have never had the extra money to get into it. Nothing has changed but I finally ran out of patience so I decided to go the EF route with as little out of pocket as possible. One reason for the low budget is I read people who have not liked EF and then...
I asked this in the PS forum and was told I was good but now reading above I am starting to worry again.
I have a Rocketfish RF-700WPS2 and want to get a ASUS Radeon 6970 DirectCU II but it requires two 8 pin and the PS only has two 6 pin. Will using the adapter below to convert both 6's to...
SWEEEEET! Thank you sir. I thought it would work but the time to find out I was wrong is not after you have purchased and installed the card. I have not looked at my PS in a long while and almost cried when I saw it only had two 6's. I just save $100. I can now put that $100 into the DP to...

I completely agree. I have had my Q9550 and GTX275 for about three years and have kept them as they still run all the games at 1920x1200. Ya keeping the nforce board is not best case but if it works then cool. Eventually I will upgrade everything and move to an i7.
Sweet!! I've been reading up on Eyefinity and look to take the plunged and then thought my mb may stop the whole thing. Thanks for the offer Jim but instead of laying down the cash for a card I am thinking about leasing it this time. They give free upgrades so getting a 6970 now does not mean...
I have had a EVGA Nforce 750i SLI FTW and a GTX275 for 2-3 years. I am looking to move to a 6970 for Eyefinity here soon. Although I know that CF will not work (and I am not ready for that money wise), would just adding a 6970 to the MB work or do you need a specific MB for an AMD card?
