I know it's just average and all, but meh :P.

Alright thanks guys :O.
I have it running again (been 3 hrs and 30mins) temps are at 52-55 (it changes)
Haha I didn't even realize I had it running, and I was playing WoW for like 2 hours, didn't experience any lag at all O_O.
Anyway this is concerning Orthos as the title suggests. My Processor is an e6400 @ 3.2ghz (decided to stick with 3.2ghz ^_^)
I can run it for 12+ hours with blend on Orthos just fine, but when I run it for purely CPU (small ffts option) it stopped at 7 hours and 56mins :(.
Should i be...
The DS3 (965P one not sure about the G one) works wonders for me. Easily overclocked my e6400 to 3.2 ghz (but settled with 3.0 ghz)
Heard there was some ram issues for it, but didn't seem to affect me when I put my comp together, probably because I have rev 2 not 1.
What version of cpu-z do you have? On 1.37 (for me) it said allendale for my e6400, then when I downloaded 1.38, it said Conroe, meaning it was an error on their part :P.
Hi there!
Anyway, I finally finished all the stability tests (memtest86+, orthos, double super pi and prime, etc.) for my e6400 @ 3.2 ghz and I was wondering, at that speed how long can I expect the processor to last?
The temperature when doing nothing (well typing this topic counts as...
I'm using an e6400 @ 2.4 ghz (planning to go maybe a bit higher) and when I used speedfan to check the voltages, it said:
vcore1: 1.26v
vcore2: 1.90v
So I'm wondering if the cores can have two different ratings and I don't believe 1.90v is exactly good =/.
Or is vcore2 for the voltage...
I read topics about people suggesting to others to set their pc2 6400 memory to a 1:1 ratio, so I thought I would do the same for my new comp, but I can't seem to find where you set this ratio at. I looked for it in the bios but had no luck :(.
MOBO: DS3 F7
Can anyone enlighten me!
