    I would recommend the U2412M or U2415 instead, basically same price (sub $300) but 1920x1200, 16:10 ftw. Neither is an 'upgrade' from the 2407wfp, however, at anything other than lower power consumption by being led backlit. The 2407 is a better panel.

    assign more cpu cores to each vm, you don't need 1 cpu core per vm, you can assign all of your available cores to each vm and the host will take care of priority.

    Have some data on an SAS drive that I would like to access on a PC that does not have SAS. Looking at it, it looks like the drive will plug right into my nexus external usb SATA enclosure, will I let the magic smoke out if I try such a silly thing?
