At a Vcore of 1.36 (CPU-Z reading) and overclocked to 4 Ghz, I idle around 35 and hit 60 at load with Orthos. If I am surfing around or doing general "office" tasks, it stays in the mid 30s.

Those seem very high. I'm not familiar with that HSF, but with a Xigmatek HDT-RS1283 and the specs in my sig, I am running Vcore at 1.36 (CPU-Z reading) and I peak at 60 C in RealTemp under Orthos at 100% load. I idle at 35 C.

I have the Cosmos S and it is a nice case, but as others have mentioned, the side fan does narrow the interior quite a bit. I had to remove it in order to use it with my Xigmatek HDT-S1283, and you'd need to do the same with any tall heatsink.
