I need to assign a private IP to a VM in Hyper-V 2012. However, this never results in internet connectivity. The Hyper-V server has 2 NICs, one private and one public.
With this server setup, how can I get a private IP working in a VM?

Reasons were:
1) Some providers had rates that would charge me $1200 for running 10-12 VMs at 2ghz 1 cpu core, 1gb RAM for half a month's use! Granted, I chose a gigabit network but still. In addition, I have to pay for the windows licenses...
