    CPU running much much hotter than normal

    Well I have central air conditioning, and the vent is usually blasting right next to it...although the a/c isn't on unless it's scorching hot in the house. So yeah maybe it is environmental, but I hope it isn't something else :(

    Yeah I mounted it myself, and the temps have never gotten anywhere near this bad before. It hasn't been moved or jarred at all lately, at least to my knowledge. No weird fan noises to report...I am really stumped. Maybe the thermal paste melted off or something...I don't know at all.
