Well I upgraded my work's computer to the catalyst 4.4 from who knows what version, and what do you know, the mouse started to flicker, but it didn't do it at all with the previous version. My work computer has a radeon 7200.
So obviously the mouse flickers/corrupts across to the whole line...
Yeah, I'd suggest getting a new PSU.
Most power supplies that come with the case, just suck!
They work, but they usually don't provide clean power, and in some cases, it might not give enoungh power.
I'd suggest getting a PSU from a brand name company such as Enermax. I'd also recommend...
It was, and is disabled, but it still flickers.
I'm still forced to assume that the driver is the problem because I don't see the corruption with the 3.9 catalyst, whereas I see it plain as day with the 4.4 catalyst.

Well, I tried my Radeon 9800 pro 128 on my other computer, and it still showed the corrupted cursor.
So I put it back in my main computer, and installed the older catalyst 3.9 drivers, opposed to the newer 4.4 version.
So far everything is working great, I haven't see the cursor flicker...
Every once and a while (5-10 times a day) when moving my cursor around text and/or other items, my mouse flickers this black box behind it.
