He got it in the helicopter accident in GZ's ending. Caused some damage to his brain, hence why he no longer can speak any foreign languages in TPP.

Just got to the part where you have your first true encounter with the alien. Was on the edge of my seat and realized I was gripping my mouse extremely tight haha. First game to truly nail the feel of the Alien universe.

I just got the voucher email as well and will do likewise; would still like to give it a try beforehand though :).

With posts like Bobalias_LeShay's, wildstar is the first MMO I'm seriously considering playing since quitting WOW over 5 years ago. Anyone got a spare guest pass? Would love to try it before putting $60 into it.

I assume you mean Demon's Souls on PS3? While it isn't necessary at all, Demon's Souls is a great game in its own right, so I highly recommend playing it! Whether you play it before or after Dark Souls isn't all that important.

Turning on vsync and limiting FPS to 60 through nVidia control panel fixed this for me.

Agreed. If a boss has a teal name, it is supposed to be an even fight. Just spent 15-20min fighting a boss, and when he gets to ~10% HP, he changes weapons, gets a new move-set, and refills HP. Spent another 10min or so on that form, got him to 50% HP and then got stuck against the wall and...

Domingo, just keep going. You didn't screw up. It will change again before you finish the game.

If you send Steam a support ticket saying you're on vacation and have a US credit card and address, they will allow you access to buy from the US store. The only problem is Steam's support response time....may be a week before they get around to your ticket :\. I studied abroad in Italy in...

http://darksouls.nexusmods.com/mods/200 I assume you're using motionjoy, and therefore it's showing Xbox buttons? Use this with DSfix and you're set!

What are you guys even bothering replying for? He didn't post a giant block of text. He used correct grammar, broke his points down by paragraphs, etc. If you can't take the time to read a well-written post with redeeming content, don't bother replying. It isn't that hard. Move on to the...

I was unaware it had a lifetime warranty. I did buy it, but it was with cash at best buy or frys approx. 3 years ago. I don't have anything (receipts, box, etc.). Regardless, now I'm pretty excited about running two 465 GTXs...money is tight, but not tight enough that I want to go back to...

This. Sorry for mix up, didn't realize what SLI truly meant! One monitor plugged into each card. I have two monitors and sometimes when I'm playing games it will lag if both are plugged into the single card. Not often, but enough to be of annoyance. I clean the machine regularly for dust...

Last night my 9800 GT died, so I'm now in the market for a replacement. I had a 465 GTX and a 9800 GT running in SLI, but thankfully it was the lesser card that bit the dust. Money is pretty tight right now, so I'm trying to get a cheap replacement. I was looking for another 9800 GT, but...

I spent 30min or so reading forums after seeing this on steam today. Apparently it's pretty riddled with bugs, but the devs have a big patch planned for Monday. If the responses after the patch are positive, I plan on picking it up! http://spiralforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=80&t=2295 - official...
