9800GX2 still requires a SLI board to function properly, i'd rather get another 88gts for SLI
usually the package will include adapters for you to convert your 4pin molex to 6pin pcie power
bottomline is: you don't need a 'matching' processor & memory
whatever processor & memory the motherboard supports, you can mix & match any combinations & it will work.
