Here's a revision... looks like I'll have room for a 5.25 LCD or VFD and a 200mm fan, plus two PCI brackets for whatever connections I want.

I have no experience whatsoever in fabricating anything, but would really like to get a custom face fabricated for my Liteon FS020. I want to get the whole case powdercoated black, but the current face is white plastic, so I'd like to have a new face made out of aluminum. My idea is linked...
I've got a 1GB 4850 and am considering upgrading. Anyone got any thoughts on buying a 4850x2 2GB and running both cards together? Would that let me run 6 monitors?
UPS brought my Newegg goodies today... I forgot just how easy it is to work in a case this big. Now I need to find some decent 120mm fans - the one that I had is T O O L O U D to be bearable.
Yeah, what I was thinking was cutting out the face and putting the 200 or 140 fan there... I don't think I'll put anything on the sides.
I'm gonna use three, possibly all four of the 5.25 bays, so no fans there.
Would it be better to have the intake be in the front or the back?
Yeah, Swiftech sold it with a water cooling kit in it that was cool then, but is so 90's now. lol.
One thing that's nice if I keep the beige (more grey than beige, really) is that no one will look at this case and think I'm running anything modern in it.
Here's a review with pics of the case...

I need to measure, but I know there's room for something bigger than an 80 in front of the hard drives... but not as big as a 120. Maybe a 100?
My parts get here tomorrow... Looking forward to getting this going.
Off the top of my head, here's what I'd like to do:
1: Cut some of the grill work out of the front and mount either a 140 or a 200mm fan.
2: Drill some new holes in the front drive cage so I can mount the drives not...
I've had a Liteon FS020 case in my basement for too many years now. I haven't used it since I stopped using my PIII 500 Xeons. I'm finally going to put a new system build in it, and am looking for some ideas.
What do you guys think about putting a mesh side on it and slapping a 200mm fan...
