    Textures are mad flashing in all games, not sure what to check.

    have you updated your chipset and sound drivers? I know with some games the sound drivers can affect video. And the chipset drivers run the AGP.

    Why am I at 100% CPU Usage

    Instead of formating, I use Symantec Ghost. The newest version has a bootable CD with a windows GUI. I store an image of a freshly formated system with updated drivers on a spare HD and re-image every few months. Takes like 10 minutes rather than 2 hours too.

    try forcing it as the only bootable device. remove all other items on the boot order in the bios, and even go so far as to unplug other bootable devices (i.e. hard drives, floppy drives, and cd-rom's)
