Dell Notebook with DVI out ports? WTF?

Yes. The 1530 and 1330 XPS lines both have an HDMI out. DVI is so Iron Age. =)

eVGA 8800GTS + Vanguard SOH freezing

I don't know exactly where this post belongs, it could be anything but here goes... I played Vanguard Saga of Heroes (The MMO) Beta 4-5 without a hitch, no problems. At some point, the game began to freeze within usually under a minute and sometimes in the character select. There are no...

A8N32-SLI won't boot my SATA II WD 2500KS

For the record, ya... I had to reinstall XP using the SATA Silicon Image disk hitting F6 in Windows setup. That fired it right up. It wouldn't, however, work in the Nvidia SATA ports at all.

A8N32-SLI won't boot my SATA II WD 2500KS

Forgive me if this has been posted ad nauseum. I have a new Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe (Latest BIOS) which is replacing my MSI K8N NEO4 Platinum because the MSI has been freezing on me during game play. They are both Nforce4 boards although one is SLI enabled. After the swap, my SATA II...

    Seagate 7200.7

Bought the original one from NewEgg. The other 2 were more than likey refurbed from Seagate since they were replacements from Seagate support. The original drive was new though. "If the drives were as unreliable as your accounts make them out to be, the people that make them wouldn't be in...

    Seagate 7200.7

Having horrible luck with these SATA drives! First one died within 1 year. Second one was DOA. Third one died overnight after about 3 months with lots of read errors on test somehow. This PC is never moved, sits in the basement off the ground and runs cool. 5 case fans too. The other WD...

    MSI 915P Neo2 (Rev1.0a) 4 gig RAM issue

Hi guys, I'm at my wits end here. Anyone have this mobo running 4 gig of RAM? It claims to be supported but I have 4 verified 1 gig DDR2 533 PC24200 modules in this beast and it only POSTs 3.25Gig. It is only using 1/4 of the 4th stick? The BIOS is flashed to the latest version. Just curious...

    Dell’s UltraSharp 2005FPW widescreen 20-inch LCD monitor.

Ordered one from the Dell small business section at 549.00 and it arrived last Thursday, very pleased. Rev A01 - Mexico. Not a single stuck pixel and the backlighting is very, very minimal after hours of heavy dark gaming. The best buy I have made in some time. -Brad
